Ingredients
- Flour( 3 ounce)
- Mixed dried fruits( 2 pounds)
- Orange( one)
- Eggs( 2)
- Lemon( one)
- Carrot ( one)
- Apple ( one)
Method
Take a large bowl and mix dry fruits, bread crumbs and flour al together. Now add orange and lemon juice to the mixture. Also add grated apple and carrot. Now add all the spices and sugar. Mix it very well. Keep the mixture in the fridge for overnight. Now take a pudding bowl and grease it with butter and pour the mixture into the bowl. Bake it for seven minutes in the microwave oven in the hundred percent power. Now bring out the bowl. Leave it until it comes to the normal temperature. Now keep in the fridge for few hours. Serve the pudding cold with chocolate sauce.
